Hand Movement me aapka hand two times straight hoga two times band on 45° angle. Aap jab hand rotate kr rho hote ho to aapka hand body k bilkul pass se rotate krna chahiye agr Thai ko hand touch b kre to bhi koi problem nhi. Good morning Everyone...Hum learn Swimming with DeepFitness me floating tak sikh chuke hai I hope AAP sab ache se Sikh gye Hoge...aaj Hum next step sikhenge Jo hai Kicking ye bhut hi important lesson Hai swimming sikhne k liye bcoz kicking play main role in how to learn Swimming. So Floating ke baad aapko floating+kicking sikhna hota Hai isme AAP apni dono legs one by one equal force se chalange . Legs ka last toes(Paav) jukake ache se pani par chalana h taki maximum force toes se lge aur AAP aaram se forward move kre. Kicking floating kick bhi kha jata h bcoz float ND kick ek 7 kiye jate Hai.
