Hello Everyone Learn Swimming with DeepFitness me abhi tak AAP sabhi bubbling, floating and kicking Sikh chuke ho.. Today We learn Hand Movement with before all Movement like floating kicking etc. Hand Movement is too easy to learn. Aapko sbse phle apne Hand ki fingers close krni hongi than aapko apne 2no hath swimming pool Wall or grill pr rkhe apne shoulder ke samne ya phir face k samne abhi aapko hand Movement ka practice krna hai aapko apna hand rotate krna h hand rotate krte huye AAP apne elbow ko 45° angle pr rkhenge than straight. Hand Movement me aapka hand two times straight hoga two times band on 45° angle. Aap jab hand rotate kr rho hote ho to aapka hand body k bilkul pass se rotate krna chahiye agr Thai ko hand touch b kre to bhi koi problem nhi. And jab rotation ke baat hand enter kro Pani me to koi sound nhi honi chahiye hand ki wjh se dyan se enter kre. Than catch, pull ND push. This is hand Movement of swimming. Learn Swimming Lesson... Kicking

Good morning Everyone...Hum learn Swimming with DeepFitness me floating tak sikh chuke hai I hope AAP sab ache se Sikh gye Hoge...aaj Hum next step sikhenge Jo hai Kicking ye bhut hi important lesson Hai swimming sikhne k liye bcoz kicking play main role in how to learn Swimming. So Floating ke baad aapko floating+kicking sikhna hota Hai isme AAP apni dono legs one by one equal force se chalange . Legs ka last toes(Paav) jukake ache se pani par chalana h taki maximum force toes se lge aur AAP aaram se forward move kre. Kicking floating kick bhi kha jata h bcoz float ND kick ek 7 kiye jate Hai. Iska aapko 2-3 din Practice krna hoga. Achi kicking bhut helpful hogi aapki swimming skills me. Aapko legs k 7-7 complete body straight rkhna hota Hai. FLOATING floating jsa name se hi pta chalta h ki float krna... floating me aapko bubbling Ka  reverse krna h ab aap jo breath bhar se lekar Pani me dubaki lgate ho usko out NHI krna h hold rkhna h breath hold body relax aap pani pr apne aap float kroge. Swimming sikhne k liye koi bhut jyada time ki b jrurat nhi hoti h isko aap within two weeks me Sikh jate ho may be isse b Pahle this depends on your Swimming trainer. Swimming bit all types of exercises in summer days. Swimming build your muscles power,  confidence, stretching power, stimmina..etc. swimming full body exercise it help to relax your body after stress.
