Walking:- Jsa ki Naam se hi pta chal rha h walking means chalna bt ye swimming pool ke ander chalna h normal bhar NHI bt hai uske jsa hi..aap Apne coach, wall, yaa phir grill ki held se pool me enter ker skte ho aur inke 7-7 chal skte ho Ase chalne ko hi walking khte hai. Aasan h but bhut jruri step hai. Isse aap water ke sath comfortable ho jate ho Nd floor pr aapki grip Achi ho jati hai..Jo aapko swimming sikhne me bhut helpful HOTA hai. Aap jab hand rotate kr rho hote ho to aapka hand body k bilkul pass se rotate krna chahiye agr Thai ko hand touch b kre to bhi koi problem nhi. And jab rotation ke baat hand enter kro Pani me to koi sound nhi honi chahiye hand ki wjh se dyan se enter kre. Than catch, pull ND push. This is hand Movement of swimming.
